direction of National Group Head Coach and Founder, Todd
Langenmayr. Our competitive swim team has over 160 athletes ranging
from the Developmental to National
levels.

Warm-up Times for Junior Olympics
*Warm-ups will be split into 2 sessions based on
age group. Since it is the coach's job to warm the kids up for the
half hour that is available, we need all swimmers to be on
deck 15 minutes before the start of Warm-up 1 for check-in
purposes.
