Dear College Alumni:
Below is the USA Athlete registration form. Please print the form out and complete it.
Be advised that in order for you to practice with the NY Sharks during the summer break, you must be a registered USA Athlete. If your College has you registered, we need a copy of your card on file. We must have this to register you.
The cost is $100.00 for the summer. $56.00 is for the Card and $44.00 is for meet fees with which you will be entered into meets. I fully expect all College swimmers to swim at Senior Mets in July at the Nassau Aquatic Center and one other meet on our schedule.
The card is an insurance issue and we must adhere to it. You are not supposed to be in the water with age group swimmers unless you have a card. We must get this done ASAP. Notify me by Friday and make sure that I have the form and your check by Friday. If not, we cannot allow you to practice with the NY Sharks.
If you were a registered NY Shark last year, your card expired 12/31/09.
Please complete the athlete form and send it to NYS Aquatics, PO Box 217, Suffern, NY 10901 along with a one time registration/meet fee check of $100.00.
