In order to reduce the financial burden on parents, we are attempting to reach out to the surrounding communities for sponsorship. Please contact any business such as restaurant, service provider, or even family member who may benefit from our reasonably priced advertising. Businesses that are especially geared toward children would find advertising in our programs highly beneficial.

Sponsorship Opportunities Letter

This explains the two sponsorships we are offering at this time. This should always be given to prospective sponsors. The form will be updated after the “Silver Championship” meet.

Program Advertisement Contract |
|
This details the three levels of advertising in our meet programs and the pricing. If interested, all that is needed is the completed contract and payment. Contracts are good for one year from date of purchase and contracts can be sold throughout the year.

Lane Sponsorship Contract |
|
This will only be offered for larger meets during the year such as the “Silver Championship” meet.

Prize Donation Contract |
|
If a local business or individual is interested in donating a product or service, please offer them this contract so they can keep track of their donations for tax purposes.

The Fundraising Committee will keep track of all donations and ensure that all advertising is appropriately displayed. All forms will remain under the "Fundraising" link on the website.
